ZUMBA® TONING is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide the 2 1/2 lbs, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you've worked on your lower body rhythm, it’s time to perfect the upper body! This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary

The basics of snowshoeing and the Tom Rutlin Urban Poling technique with poles will be taught and practiced on a variety of trails and terrains. Come for a great cardio workout. Dress in layers. Bring your own snowshoes. (A limited supply of snowshoes may be available). Poles will be provided.
