Q. How do I book a delegation?
A. To book a delegation, please contact the Secretary to the C.A.O., Ruth Dusome at 534-7248 ext. 229, or by email address rdusome@tay.township.on.ca. Delegations are heard preferably at Committee of All Council Meetings, which are held the third Wednesday of each month and are limited to 10 minutes. If possible, a copy of your proposal would be appreciated before the meeting date, which gives Council time to read the material and saves time. If not possible a copy could be handed out at the meeting.
