Meeting Transparency
Please be advised that all regular and special meetings of Council are held in-person in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building located at 450 Park Street, Victoria Harbour, while all Committee of the Whole meetings are held virtually. All Council and Committee of the Whole meetings are live streamed and will be available on the Tay Township YouTube Channel. Questions about the live stream or meetings should be directed to [email protected].
Delegation Requests
Interested in providing a delegation to Council? Please fill out the Delegation Request Form and submit to the Municipal Clerk at [email protected] or in-person at the Municipal Building. Approved delegations will be allowed ten (10) minutes to present in front of Council or Committee of the Whole, with additional time provided for questions by members of Council. Delegations will not be scheduled if the matter has already been before Council and a decision has been rendered. Further, multiple or repeat delegations on the same matter will not be scheduled unless new information on the matter is provided. Please Note: information provided on the Delegation Request Form will become part of the public record and be added to the public Council meeting Agenda.
