Volunteers serve an important role in our Community. Tay Township welcomes members of the public to become involved. Committees, Boards and Organizations provide advice and input on the development of projects, policies and initiatives that improve the overall quality of life in Tay Township. Members are appointed every four years or as vacancies occur.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Tay Fire and Emergency Services. Please refer to our most recent recruitment guide for details on becoming a volunteer firefighter, including information session dates and our latest volunteer firefighter application. Our annual recruitment campaign takes place each fall. We strongly recommend that any potential applicants attend one of our information sessions as outlined in the guide. Due to COVID-19 restrictions you must register in advance to attend one of the information sessions.
