Notice of Watermain Replacement – Jephson Street, between Queen Street and Richard Street, Victoria Harbour, October 13, 2026

Please be advised that watermain replacement work is scheduled for October 13, 2026 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Jephson Street, between Queen Street and Richard Street in Victoria Harbour.

Jephson Street between Queen Street and Richard Street will be closed during this time, and motorists are asked to use Queen Street to Richard Street as a detour.

Tay Township Operational Services will be working to complete the watermain replacement. Expect traffic delays in the area while crews complete this work, as traffic will be redirected.

No water service interruptions are expected; however, some residents may notice changes in water pressure and/or some discolouration.

Should you experience discoloured water after the work has been completed, run your cold water for 10-15 minutes to clear the service line. If the water does not clear after this time, turn off the tap and wait 30 minutes and repeat the process.
