Tay Township lowers flags to honour the life of Rick Black

Tay Township has lowered its flags to honour the life and service of Rick Black, a former member of Tay Township Council.

Mr. Black served three terms on council from 2003 to 2014 and also served as Chair of the Port McNicoll Cemetery Board.

On behalf of Mayor Walker, Council, staff, and all residents of Tay Township, we extend our deepest condolences to the Black family during this difficult time.
