Registration for Tay Township Winter Active Living Recreation Programs is now open! Register online at tay.ca/register or in-person at the Tay Township municipal office at 450 Park Street, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Classes start January 10 and include Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Pilates, Yoga, Power Pilates, Circuit Training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
